Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in numerous capital raising transactions across multiple industries and regions, extensively advising on corporate structuring and designing practical, effective solutions tailored to client objectives. Before founding SpHHere, Johannes worked for Kylla, Jefferies & Co., JP Morgan, Dominick & Dominick, and Merrill Lynch & Co. Johannes’s exceptional capability in corporate governance and cross-border transactions will directly steer the JV setup and government-facing defense applications.
